Karachayevo-Cherkessia’s $13.3m housing repairs plan
A total of $13.3m is to be spent on apartment blocks repairs in the Republic of Karachayevo-Cherkessia in 2010, regional officials report.
Of the total funding, $11.8m is reportedly to be allocated from the federal Support for Reforming Housing Utilities Fund, $760,000 is to be assigned from the regional budget, and $740,000 is to be raised from household owners.
Under plans, the funds are to be used to repair 227 apartment blocks in 18 municipalities.
