Biography After graduating from Kuibyshev Polytechnical Institute (currently Samara State Technical University) in 1972 by specialisation: Industrial heating and energetics, he acquired postgraduate education on Thermo-physics and molecular physics in 1973-1975 at the same institute. He worked there as associate professor and lecturer till 1990. Yury Mikheev was one of the founders of Volga Department of Russian Engineering Academy, where he currently works as CEO of company and coordinator of project: “Developement and Implementation of Сorporative Integral System of Quality Management at the Kuibyshev Railway – branch of Russian Railways Company”.
