Biography
Vesnin Vladimir has two master degree, namely technical and legal. During education he is actively interested in the commercialization of R&D and took a course of innovation management and marketing of innovations.Vladimir worked in ANO Tomsk Transfer Technology Center where he held a position head of R&D commercialization department from 2005 to 2008. He was in charge of development of documentation for innovative companies to participate in competitions in program ``START`` (Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in science and technology), in innovation projects program (are held by the Administration of Tomsk Oblast), in program for support of export-oriented innovative small and medium enterprises (TACIS project). All participants became winners. Since 2008 Vladimir has been working in department of interaction with residents of RusSEZ TD for Tomsk Region. He advises potential residents on the preparation of declarative documentation, provides the expertise of business plans of potential residents. Due to his active efforts in 2008-2009 SEZ in Tomsk attracted more than 30 residents.
