Biography Vitaly Lazorin is the founder and CEO of Centre for Promotion of Innovative Technologies “NovStream-Constructive Solutions”. NovStream works with academic researchers and inventors on commercialization of intellectual property, provides feasibility study and project facilitation services to investors and businesses pursuing innovative projects. NovStream provides consulting services to the Technoangel I microfinance investment fund and .is a full member of the European Ventured Capital Association. Vitaly Lazorin started his professional career in an international auditing and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and then worked in the finance and investment business (Lower Volga Regional Venture Fund of the EBRD, Russia Partners, The Carlyle Group) focusing on portfolio financial controlling function and pursuing investment opportunities in high-tech industries. Vitaly Lazorin is the chief editor of the Russian edition of Technology Forecast, a quarterly publication of the Center for Technology and Innovation of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a regular speaker at Business Leaders Investments Forums “Innovation for Business” organized by MARCHMONT Capital Partners. Vitaly Lazorin is a Chartered Certified Accountant, holds a degree in foreign economic relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
