Sergey has vast experience of advisory on the RF tax and customs law. In ALTHAUS Consulting he specializes on issues of business structuring, international taxation, tax due diligence and tax review, transfer pricing. Prior to joining ALTHAUS for long time Sergey worked with BDO (the last position – Director of Tax and Legal Practice), where he managed tax review projects (tax audits, due diligence), tax advisory for inbound investments and structuring business in Russia, outbound investments, restructuring, development of tax methodology and procedures. During his engagement with ALTHAUS Consulting and BDO Sergey has accomplished projects for biggest clients in the fields of hi-tech, telecommunication, oil&gas, real estate and other, including Rosnano, MTS, Huawei, Sukhoi avia-holding, Gasprom, Lukoil, TNK-BP, Basic Element, DonStroy, Magna, Lasselsberger, private equity funds - Maxwell Capital Group, Mint Capital, East Capital and other. Sergey is a Master of Economics graduated from the State University – Higher School of Economics in 2004. During his study he was honored by the secondment program in the Erasmus University, the Netherlands. Currently Sergey finalizes his study for ACCA professional qualification.
