Biography Graduated from Egoryevsk Technological Institute, Moscow Region. Roman is in charge of cooperation of regional venture funds elements in a sphere of transferring monitoring functions, management and control from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to the Russian Venture Company. Besides he is responsible for the integration of RVC into this system.
