Present: General Director, NICOR Capital Partners management company, managing five Russian venture funds, including three regional private-state closed-end investment funds (Krasnodar region, Volgograd region, Novosibirsk region) General Director, Investment company OJSC National Innovation Corporation NIKOR. 2003 - Founded CJSC Iskratelecom, broadband Internet provider, Moscow After successful exit from the project founded venture investment company OJSC NIKOR. NIKOR invested in 14 technological start-up projects; 10 of the projects were realized successfully and are developing at present. The management company CJSC NICOR Capital Partners was founded within the investment group. Oleg Kachanov initiated the cooperation of MC “Chastnye Den’gi” (Private Money) and assisted in winning the right to manage three private-state regional venture funds. Oleg is an active participant of RAVI & RusBAN. In 1990th he was a member of parliament of RF (Parliament before State Legislature formation), and Deputy Chairman of RF GosKomImuschestvo. Oleg is awarded with State Award – Medal “Defender of Free Russia”.
