Biography A graduate of Tomsk Engineering and Construction Institute, Industrial and Civil Construction; St. Petersburg North-Western Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Jurisprudence; Moscow Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, Economics, Doctor of Science. Since 1993 Mr Badulin has been the founder and general director of investment and finance company Samotlor-Invest based in Nizhnevartovsk, Tyumen region. He completed a course at Expert Systems, Russian company involved in business development solutions. Mr Badulin is a certified professional in using the Project Expert 7.0 program software. In 2010 Nikolay Badulin was nominated to the title of the Business Angel of the Year by the European Business Angles Network (EBAN). |
