Evgeniya wants Russia, it’s regions and institutes act as centers of influence in the global World. She considers that possible in case there is knowledge exchange and experience sharing among people, organizations, countries and industries. That’s why she acts as integrator, working “on the edge” of various spheres. Thus, as a founder and CEO of “Personnel Touch” company she works with Russian and transnational corporations for more than 15 years. Along with her team, she helps businesses, regions and cities to implement sustainable development projects. She is also an expert in the areas of human capital, cluster formation, university development and leadership potential. Her clients from different sectors include Gazpromneft, Rosnano, Russian Railways, MTS, Rusal, Frunzensky district of St.Petersburg, Financial Academy under the Government of Russia. Evgeniya delivers strategic sessions for executive teams, acts as facilitator and couch. She also leactures in the Academy of National Economy under the Government of Russia. Lastly, Evgeniya is coordinator of the project “Generation Theory in Russia”. Evgeniya has PhD in Psycholinguistics, she is alumni of “Eisenhower Fellowship” and Moscow School of Political Studies. She studied in Germany, USA, Spain, Sweden, China, Great Britain. Combining diverse experience, she helps to investigate existing solutions in the World and based on them develop solutions for particular cases.
