Biography
Graduated with honors from Leningrad Mechanical University - graduate and postgraduate with specialization in Aerospace Engineering and Automation. Since 1995 Evgenia works in Kelly Services, international personnel recruitment company, as the Director of Kelly Engineering and IT Resources, managing Kelly specialized branches in innovative IT and engineering technologies from 2004. Since 2009 Evgenia is enrolled as the Deputy Chairman of Innovations and Investment Committee of Leningrad Oblast Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
