Biography
Elena Tkachenko graduated from Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute named after N.A. Voznesensky in 1991. Ms. Tkachenko is the author of over 80 scientific and study materials, including 10 text books, as well as study guides and monographs. Her scientific interests include industrial businesses development management, investment project, changes management and innovation management. Ms. Tkachenko is an Expert of North-West Development and Investment Promotion Agency. She has made more than 200 investment projects appraisal.
