Biography
Education: 1986 Graduated from Leningrad State University named after Zhdanov À.À. with Honors 1992 Graduated from Baltic Institute of international Tourism with Honor 1999 Graduated from north-Western Academy of State Service under RF President Experience: Worked in the Chief Geophysics Laboratory named after A.I. Voyekov 1991 Worked in several commercial companies in the position of Director 1995 - 2007 Worked in state structures of St. Petersburg Administration. Was responsible for the biggest federal and city investment projects – KAD, hotels Nevsky Palace, Ambasador and many others 2007-2009 Director on relations with government, Work Line Group of Companies (marketing research of mass media and market) 2008 Chairman of the Expert Council on Economics of the Permanent Commission on Property, Economics & Industry of the Legislature, St. Petersburg; Member of Social Consultative Council under the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, St. Petersburg; head of the working group on state order; Co-chairman of St.Petersburg Forum Intellect-Business-Active, Rector of SEE Academy of Business. She is awarded with the government decorations 2010 Chairman of the Expert Community of Innovation Technologies Commercialization, St.Petersburg and North-Western Region She is an author of several programs and business-trainings on investments and innovations, crisis management and emotional freedom and communications as well as scientific works, articles and books
