Biography In 2001 Anna Blyakhman graduated from Information Systems and Technologies Department in Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University, specializing in Applied Mathematics and Informatics. Since 2004 Ms. Blyakhman has been working as a senior teacher at Mathematics Department in Nizhny Novgorod branch of Higher School of Economics. In 2005 – 2007 she worked as Deputy Dean of Management Department in Nizhny Novgorod branch of Higher School of Economics. In 2007 she was appointed the Dean of the Management Department in Nizhny Novgorod branch of Higher School of Economics. Ms. Blyakhman holds degree of Candidate of Science in Economics; her thesis paper was on Social and Economic Assessment of the Region’s Potential. Her scientific interests include: Regional economics: regional development assessment problems; Innovation management in higher school.
