Biography
In 1988 graduated from Novosibirsk Higher Political Military Combined Arms Academy. In 1995-1998 received additional education in Military University of the Ministry of Defence in Moscow, Military Pedagogical Department, major in political science. In 2003 defended a PhD thesis in political science on the topic “Prognostication and its role in military political decision making”. Since 2007 has been working in innovative sphere, being a regular participant of workshops and trainings in development of small and middle-sized enterprises and innovative and venture business. Andrey Linyushin has got successful experience in consulting guidance of innovative companies and establishing business and technology partnerships between companies and / or scientific organizations.
