Biography 2004 - Founded Optogan Company, Board of Directors’ Member 2003 – 2009 - Technical Director, Innolume Company (semiconductor laser manufacturing) Was responsible for the technologies development, products row defining, products launching 2008 - Innolume was acknowledged to be the best innovative company of Northern America in the sphere of laser technologies according to the leading marketing agency rating Frost and Sillivan 2000 - 2002 Worked as an invited specialist in Industrial Technological Research Institute on Taiwan where he was responsible for the development of molecular-beam epitaxial technology for optoelectronic devices, and development of the new types of semiconductor lasers. His work was selected from 300 projects of the Institute and was he awarded with the First Prize for best technological development in 2002.
Alexey has an experience of technological developments management and he published more than 400 scientific works, including 15 invited reports. He holds more than 10 patents and patent applications in the sphere of semiconductor laser. His works have the highest citation index among the Russian scientists before 40 y.o. in the sphere of solid state physics according to Scopus. Alexey won more than 10 different prizes for his scientific achievements including Gold Medal, Prize of Nobel Laureate Zhores Alferov Fund (2006) for first in the world realization of temperature independent semiconductor laser in 2004. |
