Graduated from the Zhdanov State University of Leningrad, Public Administration Insitute under the RF Government. Professional interests: • Megapolis management; • Regional economics; • Territorial social and economic development; • State regulation of the economy. Research projects: • Analysis of St. Petersburg Modern Conditions and Long-term Development Indicators (Social and Economic Development Forecast till 2025) (2002, the research director); • Analysis of Regional and Municipal Governments Maintenance Budgetary Costs by the example of Vologda Region – a task by the RF Ministry of Finance (2002, the research expert); • The North-Western Federal District Social and Economic Development Strategies for the Period till 2015 (2001-2003, the research expert, coordinator of regional politics, international relations, financial markets and investment sectors); • Major Targets for St. Petersburg Social and Economic Development for 2002-2004 (2000, the research director); • Hierarchic System of Targets for St. Petersburg Social and Economic Development till 2003 (1999, the research coordinator); • St. Petersburg Government’s Program to Overcome the Financial and Economic Crisis and to Stabilize Economic and Social Situation in the City (1998, the research director); • Others.
