1980 - 1988 worked on important positions in administrative bodies of Moscow 1992 - present Alexander is an entrepreneur. He is an owner and manager of several commercial organizations; he is a president of Russian Federal Division of New York Board of Trade; director of CJSC Forward-Group (construction, repair, delivery and mantling of furniture and equipment) 1997 - present Head, Akadem Partner Company (commercialization of Russian technologies and innovation companion) 2002 - present Active business angel, investing into high-tech start-ups 2007 - present Chairman of the Board, Non-Commercial Partnership of Business Angels (SBAR), founded under RAVI and RF Chamber of Commerce support 2008 Initiated jointly with Intel & Microsoft representatives foundation of investment technological Alliance (IT - Alliance), aimed at Russian technologies’ quick commercialization. IT Alliance includes: OJSC RVC, Intel, Microsoft, NP SBAR, Oradell Capital, ABRT, Alliance ROSNO Asset Management, Innovation Entrepreneurship Development Agency, Moscow, Softline Venture Partners, Almaz Capital Partners, Moscow International Higher School of Business MIRBIS
