Born on January 13, 1960; graduated from Novosibirsk State University; PhD in applied math (1991); 1991 - 2004 – senior scientific researcher at Institute of Computing Math’ and Math Geophysics of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Science; 2000-2004 – head of IT lab of Novosibirsk State University; 2001 - till present – Deputy dean on science, associate professor of IT faculty of Novosibirsk State University; 2004-2006 – head of software engineering department of INTEL Corporation, Novosibirsk branch; 2007 – till present – Director of Operations, INTEL Corporation, Novosibirsk; 1991 – post-doc in Rice University, Houston (USA); 1997 – scientific work in South California University, Los Angeles (USA) 1998 – scientific work in Nijmegen University (the Netherland) 1999 – scientific work in Roma Tre University, Rome (Italy) 2001 – scientific work in Clermont-Ferrand University (France) 2003 – scientific work in the US NOAA (National Ocean and Atmosphere Administration), Seattle (USA); 100+ scientific publications including 4 scientific monographs on computing math and math physics.
