Kendrick D. White (48), has extensive venture capital fund management experience as well as corporate finance consulting and direct executive management experience, accumulated during his 19 years of full time work in Russia. In 2005, Mr. White founded Marchmont Capital Partners, LLC, an investment advisory firm focused on VC and PE finance raising in various innovation sectors. This US registered enterprise is based in Nizhny Novgorod and has developed a wide network of consulting partnerships in key cities across the RF. Ilya Tolstov was born in Krasnodar, Russia. In 1999 he graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a major in Economics. In 2003 he got an MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. At Columbia he studied international business and finance. Between 1993 and 2001 he served as an analyst, the head of the investment projects department, and as a vice-president at the investment companies “Hermes-Neva” and “Vesta”. Between 2003 and 2008 he worked at Estee Lauder International as an international finance director. Since 2008 he works as the general director at the Technopark of Saint-Petersburg where he started as the director of business-incubator.
