Kendrick D. White (48), has extensive venture capital fund management experience as well as corporate finance consulting and direct executive management experience, accumulated during his 19 years of full time work in Russia. In 2005, Mr. White founded Marchmont Capital Partners, LLC, an investment advisory firm focused on VC and PE finance raising in various innovation sectors. This US registered enterprise is based in Nizhny Novgorod and has developed a wide network of consulting partnerships in key cities across the RF. In 2007, Mr. White created the Marchmont Media division which published the Marchmont Investment Guide to Russia journal and currently operates the www.Marchmontnews.com website which covers regional investment news for finance professionals. Since 2008, Marchmont has been responsible for organizing the “Business Leaders Investment Forum”, a monthly event held in key regional capital cities across the RF. This event brings together scientific innovators, business owners, investors and political leaders – together with a wide range of expert speakers from Moscow and abroad - with the aim of promoting regional manufacturing investments into modernization. He oversaw the implementation of numerous successful investment projects during this time, including Nizhpharm, now part of the STADA Group, Bridgetown Foods, a top FMCG snack food producer, and Multiflex, the leading flexible packaging producer in Russia. Other co-investments made by the CR RVF included; ROC, ERA Trading, Speech Technology, Pekar and Morion electronics. Between 1995 and 1998, Mr. White worked in the Corporate Finance Division of Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he was specifically seconded as a Senior Advisor to the Russian Privatization Center (RPC) and its Volga Vyatsky branch division in Nizhny Novgorod. Mr. White was responsible for training 22 Russian consultants in three provincial regions of Central Russia on the development of a self sustainable investment advisory center for SME businesses seeking market expansion and growth capital. Between 1992 and 1995, Mr. White worked as an advisor to the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast Administration and the “EPI center” think tank, where he focused his efforts on developing post privatization SME development programs, and establishing one of Russia’s first training centers dedicated to emerging entrepreneurs. This work resulting in numerous new company formations and helped to establish the region as a leader in Russia’s reform process and conversion from a command to a market driven economy. Prior to arriving in Russia, Mr. White worked from 1985 to 1992 at ABN/Amro - LaSalle Bank, in Chicago, IL, in various management positions in Strategic Planning, Cash Mgt and M&A. Patricia M. Cloherty is Chairman and CEO of Delta Private Equity Partners, LLC, manager of The U.S. Russia Investment Fund and Delta Russia Fund, L.P., two venture capital funds with over $500 million invested in 55 Russian companies. She also is Senior Advisor to UFG Private Equity, partner firm to Delta Private Equity. Ms. Cloherty is former Co-Chairman, President and General Partner of Apax Partners, Inc. (formerly Patricof & Co. Ventures, inc.), a multi-billion-dollar private equity company that she joined in 1970, and from which she withdrew in 2000. She is a past President and Chairman of the National Venture Capital Association of the United States. In 1991, President George H.W. Bush appointed her chairman of an Investment Advisory Council to revamp the Small Business Investment Company program of the U.S. Small Business Administration. From 1977 to 1978, Ms. Cloherty was Deputy Administrator, U.S. Small Business Administration, appointed by President Carter. On March 17, 2008 President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, signed a decree awarding Pat the Order of Friendship for her major contribution to the development of Russian business and for strengthening friendship and cooperation between the Russian Federation and the United States of America. Gregg Robins is the UBS Head of Wealth Management in Russia. Since taking on this role in May 2010, he has been responsible for developing UBS Wealth Management’s strategic direction in Russia, including the development and leadership of several businesses: the UBS Representative Office, serving our offshore locations, and the newly created Advisory Office, providing clients in Russia with a local presence, Swiss service, and a global platform. Eric Hansen has been with The U.S. Russia Center for Entrepreneurship since its setup in 2002. He is responsible for project management regarding training venues for entrepreneurs, co-financing and research programs. In the late ‘90s Jon Hellevig established Avenir in Moscow which consisted of a legal advisory, accountancy service and executive search. Today these companies have evolved to become the business administration group Avenir with the law firm Hellevig, Klein & Usov; Avenir Accounting, accounting and business administration outsourcing; and Avenir Executive Search. Mr Hellevig has been actively working on the Russian market since 1990 in various areas of corporate law and financial administration. Mr Hellevig deals in particular with investment consulting, corporate governance culture and issues. Mr. Hellevig’s field of specialization is Russian tax law. He is also active in scientific work on the philosophy of law and presently involved in a study of the coming about of Russian law and rule-by-justice issues in Russia. Jon Hellevig has published several books on Russian tax and labor laws in addition to contributing with white papers on various topics in Russian law. He regularly lectures at international scientific and investor seminars on these topics. Natalia is in charge of tax services for the Technology, Communication, Entertainment & Media sectors. During 19 years Natalia has been with the Firm she has advised a wide range of Russian and multinational companies on Russian legislation and tax practices. Prior to joining PwC, she was the Chief Tax Consultant at the Ministry of Finance. She played a significant role in the development of much of the Russian tax legislation involving joint ventures and foreign investment and participated in negotiating international tax treaties. Natalia actively participates on various industry oriented activities, speaks regularly at conferences. She gained wide-ranging understanding of the technology industry through her experience working with major technology companies. Recently Natalia has been actively involved in setting up the Russian office of the PwC Centre of Technology and Innovations and was one of the contributors to the CTI’s Report on incentives for Innovations issued in January 2010.

American/Canadian Daniel Klein started his career in the 1980’s as a patent lawyer working for one of the world’s largest patent firms based in New York. In 2005 Daniel Klein joined Hellevig, Klein & Usov after working for some time in the Moscow offices of a Russian/American law firm. Daniel Klein is also a partner in Avenir Accounting. In addition to working as a lawyer, Daniel Klein has worked in various business capacities including as the founding European managing director for a NYSE listed high tech company, as in investment officer for a Siemen’s owned Vienna-based VC investing in Russian/Eastern European high tech companies and as a strategic business consultant for one of Frances leading smart card players. Daniel Klein also has experience working in both the Russian retail and real estate sector. Daniel Klein has been living and working in Russia since 2002 with his first business experiences in Russia dating back to 1993. Daniel Klein deals with both foreign and Russian companies who are or have been investing in Russia and including all start up and expansion issues. As a seasoned professional in private equity investment/venture capital/intellectual property, Daniel Klein offers a unique perspective to clients especially where technology is an issue. Andrey is an investment manager with Amadeus. Since joining the firm in 2003, he has worked on a number of investments and has sat on the board of several portfolio companies as a non-executive director or observer. These include: Openbravo, a developer of open source software for business management; TeraView, a terahertz instrumentation company; and Solexa, which developed ultra-high throughput DNA sequencing technology and was acquired by Illumina in 2007; Staccato, a company delivering wireless USB chipsets; and Valista, a software company providing payments and offer management software to wireless and fixed line operators and ISPs. Alexander Galitsky is co-founder and managing partner of Almaz Capital Partners. He is a well-known innovator, entrepreneur and investor in Russia, in USA and Europe. Alexander is an advisor to seed venture fund Runa Capital, which includes the business incubator Runa Park. In June 2010, he was appointed as the Board Member of the Skolkovo Fund. During his tenure there (1979-1992), he was responsible for the design and implementation of satellite and spacecraft software, as well as computer and data communication systems. Alexander was the youngest national program leader for on-board computer systems and low-orbit data communication systems for the Soviet "Star Wars" response program. He has over 30 patents for numerous inventions, including parallel processing, WiFi and VPN Security technologies. Alexander was honored as the most influential person in the Russian IT and Internet industry, and named "Technology Pioneer" at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2000. Alexander earned a PhD in Computer Science from joint authority of Defense Research Institute and MIPT.

Alexey Eliseev was born in Orenburg city in 1979. Graduated from Orenburg State Agriculture University, Ph.D. in Economics. Svjatoslav started his professional career with Arthur Andersen Worldwide Organization joining the Firm in 1994. He specialized in MC and CF. List of Svjatoslav’s clients included: World Bank, European Bank For Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), BP, Shell, JP Morgan, RJR Reynolds, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Benckizer, Unilever, RAO Unified Energy Systems. Recognizing his efforts in helping building Andersen’s presence in Russia the Firm promoted him from junior consultant to senior management position.
After more than 8 years with AAWW he found his own financial consulting company which focus was on serving mid-cap Russian organizations pursuing rapid grow strategies. In four years gradually moving from consulting to direct investments Svjtoslav developed his business to venture capital company.
Today Svjatoslav is the President of Intellectual Investment Partnership (2IP) – VC firm specializing in investing into Russian high tech businesses.
