Primorsky Governor Sergei Darkin has decreed to transfer into Vladivostok’s ownership several land sites in the city to build parking lots and beaches, news agency Arendator.Ru reported today.

The Vladivostok city administration will reportedly use the land to build 12 multilevel parking lots.

In a separate move, city authorities are expected to get land in proximity to Vladivostok’s main recreation areas and beaches to manage, the news agency said.
