Leading Russian developer Barkli has submitted design concepts for Nizhny Novgorod's Moskovsky railway station, Russian Railways today announced.
The state-run rail operator is currently in the hunt for subcontractors for 10 such projects to overhaul railway stations across Russia.
Barkli won the Nizhny Novgorod contract in a tender. Similar tenders will now be held in the other cities to benefit from the scheme.
In total Russian Railways says it is spending $1.2bn on the station overhaul scheme.
