A total of $109m is to be allocated from the federal budget on reconstruction of a part of M-2 Crimea federal highway on the territory of Kursk region in 2011-2013, regional officials report.

Under plans, the funds are to be spent on repairs of several road sections with total length of over 85 kilometers along the highway.
