Fesco sells 50% in National Container Co for $900m

Primorsky region-based transport group Fesco has sold its 50% shares in the National Container Company (NCC) for $900m, the seller reports.

The buyers name has yet to be disclosed.

The other 50% shares in NCC are owned by First Quantum group of companies.

The National Container Company was founded to carry out the project to build an Ust-Luga container terminal in Leningrad region.
