Rostov region’s $515m 2010-2012 roads development program

Authorities in Rostov region have announced plans to spend $515m to finance public roads development program to run over 2010-2012.

Under plans, $132m is to be spent in 2010, $175m – in 2011, and $208m – in 2012.
