Authorities in Krasnoyarsk region have announced plans to spend over $6.4m on repairs of an access motor road to Emelyanovo airport.

The funds are reportedly to be spent on repairs of a 12.8-kilometer road, replacement of asphalt, installation of road signs and signal columns.

The works are scheduled to be completed by July 2011.

The contractor is to be determined through an open tender, officials said.
