VTB to loan $3.2m to Verkhnelensky River Shipping

Irkutsk region-based Verkhnelensky River Shipping Company is to open a $3.2m line of credit with VTB bank, Kommersant reports.

The loan is reportedly to be repaid by the end of the year, the interest rate has yet to be disclosed.

Under plans, the funds are to be used to finance the company’s day-to-day operations.
