EBRD’s $130m Pulkovo loan endorsed

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has approved a $130m, 15-year loan for construction of a new passenger terminal in St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo airport, the bank said.

It is part of a consolidated $930.8m loan being put together to that end by five international banks and Russia’s VEB Bank.
