Adygeya wants $30m touristic place

Authorities in the Republic of Adygeya are looking for an investor to build a $30.4m tourism and recreation complex, to be named Khadzhokh, regional officials report.

The 50-hectare complex is reportedly located in the region’s Maykop district outside the town of Kamennomostsky.

Under the project, the complex is to have hotels, cafes and restaurants, sports and SPA facilities, trainings schools.

The project is to be presented at the international investment forum Sochi-2009, to be held on September 17-20, officials said.
