$40m Radisson SAS hotel opens in Rostov-on-Don

Rostov-on-Don's new $40m Radisson SAS hotel, built by developers Donskoy Prichal and Rezidor hotel group, has opened.

The hotel had been financed by the two developers' own funds along with a loan from Centr-Invest Bank, while estimated pay-back period on the project is 7-9 years.
