A new modern business-incubator has opened in Sarov Technopark in the village Satis of the Diveyevo district in Nizhny Novgorod region, reports.
From now on Sarov Technopark will offer facilities for creating mobile small and medium businesses. According to the classical international project, the technopark will be kitted out with production facilities, residential houses for scientists and the recreation zone.
The project developers told journalists at the opening ceremony that the area of the new business-center topped 9,000 square meters. As of today, the technopark has three large objects: firstly, it is a new dam, which allowed to restore the pond that had been destroyed ten years ago, and create the recreation zone; secondly, it is the new road to provide access to all facilities and divide technopark into three parts; thirdly, it is the Higher School of Physics to hold seminars, conferences and symposiums.
Valery Shantsev, the governor of Nizhny Novgorod region, announced the opening of the new business-incubator. “This is one of the first technoparks to be developing on classic scenario with the housing for scientists, production facilities and recreation zone. Innovation infrastructure allows the business-incubator’s resident companies to recruit young specialists, set up mobile small and medium businesses. It is the largest business-center in the region and one of the most priority projects for us,” Valery Shantsev emphasized.
According to materials of Nizhny Novgorod region government, a total of four business-incubators have been opened in the region: in Nizhny Novgorod, Zavolzhye, Dzerzhinsk and Tonshaevo. In the four years of its existence the Nizhny Novgorod business-incubator has bred 18 innovation companies that successfully function at the Russian and international markets.
