Technopark-Technology, based in Sarov, Nizhny Novgorod region, has completed placement of $6.4m follow-on shares, Kommersant reports.

The shares were reportedly placed privately.

Technopark-Technology was founded in November 2009 by state corporation Rosatom to carry out a project to form a science and production cluster of Rosatom and Sistema corporation.

Technopark-Technology is a part of Sistema-Sarov technopark.
