5 May '12
The Russian Venture Company (RVC) Seed Fund will invest over $575,000 into EsTeT, a small innovative company of the Urals Federal University, RVCC reports.

EsTeT has developed a heavy-duty rail tank degassing machine. The machine can perform rarefaction inside a tank to deep vacuum condition, a well as cool and liquefy pumped gas. The machine is three times more efficient if compared to other machines which treat tanks with burn, steam, or chemical compound.

Under plans, in 2012 the company will build its own degassing station at one rail junctions, and later – a chain of such stations. The firm intends to sell their machines in Russia and abroad.

The RVC Seed Fund was set up by RVV and the Fund for Assisting Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE). The RVC Seed Fund aims at investing into Russian innovative companies with high growth potential on the Russian and foreign innovative-technological markets.
