Talay to invest $12m in Armada mall development

Voronezh firm Talay has announced plans to invest $12m in the second-phase construction of Armada mall in Voronezh.

Under plans, the company is to build the fifth 10,000-square-meter storey of the mall.

The fifth floor is reportedly to have a 2,500-square-meter cinema, 6,000-square-meter retail shops zone and fitness center.

Construction is scheduled to start in Spring 2010 and last one year.
