Russki Kholod scoops 51% of PYLK's ice cream

Moscow ice-cream manufacturer Russki Kholod (Russian Cold) has announced it is buying a 51% stake in Krasnodar ice-cream retailer Pervaya Yuzhnaya Logisticheskaya Kompaniya (PYLK, First South Logistics Company).

The price hasn't been disclosed by the parties, but is estimated by experts at $20m.

The company reportedly plans to use PYTK's 4,500 outlets in Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygeya to sell 10,000 tons of ice-cream a year.
