NTS to sell 25% shares to IFC?

Siberian retailer Novye Torgovye Sistemy (NTS, New Trading Systems) intends to sell part of its business, Kommersant reports.

The stake size is reportedly not to increase controlling share of 25%.

The most likely buyer is International Finance Corporation, however there are other interested buyers, the paper said.

NTS owns franchise rights to open Pyatyorochka stores in Novosibirsk and Altay regions, as well as the Republic of Altay, Patherson stores all over Siberia and Stolichny network.
