Moscow-based developer Tashir Group is to invest around $500m in construction of the 20.9-hectare City Park multifunctional complex in Yaroslavl, the company’s Vice President Tigran Kazaryan says.
Construction is expected to start this year. The first stage is scheduled for commissioning in 2010, whereas the entire complex is to be completed by 2012.
The first stage will include two office centers with a congress hall and a shopping-office center.
In further construction a 128-room hotel complex, a sports and leisure facility, a cascade music fountain parking lot for 345 cars will add to the picture.
