Dorinda announces $21m O'Kay plan for NN

St. Petersburg-based developer Dorinda has announced $21m plans to expand into Nizhny Novgorod by building one of its O'Kay hypermarkets in the city.

Making the announcement, the firm's Nizhny Novgorod director Dmitry Petukhov said construction would get underway within two months and the center would open in the third quarter 2009.

The 20,000 square-meter center is to be built on a 3.8 hectare site, with the remaining 12,000 square-meters to be rented by other retailers and services.
