Forum-Group to build $74m mall in Ekaterinburg

Developer Forum-Group has announced plans to invest $73.7m building a mall in Ekaterinburg.

The 113,000-square-meter mall is reportedly to be located in the citys Verkh-Isetsky district.

Under the project, the mall is to have 110 retail shops, including clothes shops, grocery hypermarket, electronics and household appliances hypermarket, furniture and house products center, sports store, as well as a cinema and food-court.

Construction of the mall is scheduled to begin in early 2011, with the mall to be put into commission in Q4 2012.
