Novosibirsk-based developer Sibinvest is getting ready to build a $140m shopping and recreational center in Novosibirsk, sources in the firm said Thursday.

The 87,000-square-meter five-storey center will have a supermarket, a household appliances store, a clothing mart, a food-court, a restaurant, and a leisure area with a cinema.

The opening is scheduled for late 2010.
