Nikolsky Market in St. Petersburg auctioned at min. $14m

St. Petersburg Property Fund has announced an open auction to sell Nikolsky Market in St. Petersburg.

The starting price for the lot is reportedly set at $14m.

The market building is a monument of the federal significance, the Fund said.

The market is currently under reconstruction, which is scheduled to be completed in 2012. Under plans, the building is to become a hotel and business complex.
