Fast Lane Ventures launches commercial real estate Internet site

14 May '12
Fast Lane Ventures, Russian developer of internet companies, today announces the launch of Kommerstate.ru, an online service designed to help commercial real estate market players to lease, purchase and sell properties.

Kommerstate.ru is the first Russian Internet-platform for professionals of the commercial real estate market. The website provides brokers with a list of appropriate tenants and buyers, and having chosen a suitable property, the tenant or buyer then has the opportunity to immediately call or email the broker directly. Kommerstate.ru charges a small fee to build this list of potential clients for the broker, providing them with cost and time efficiency.

According to the company, Kommerstate instantly updates all properties in the database. Only professional brokers and agents can publish properties on the site. In addition to that, Kommerstate.ru has a team of specialists who look through all the properties submitted and remove those which are not renewed by the broker. Tenants and buyers have unlimited access to the free database and all the properties that are placed by brokers are commission free.

The methods of online property promotion used by Kommerstate.ru are innovative in the Russian market, and include: Web-based platform with the right marketing tools for brokers; a personal account enabling them to manage their advertising campaign; a collection of statistics from viewings and business leads from potential clients; IP-telephony, social media integration, etc.

According to Marina Treschova, CEO of Fast Lane Ventures, Kommerstate is based on experience of leading Western online commercial real estate projects and backed by knowledge of Russian market specifics.. Alexander Kulagin, CEO of Kommerstate, shared plans for 2012 to create extensive database of Moscow and St. Petersburg, sign contracts with at least 80 broker companies, post at least 8,000 ads. According to Mr. Kulagin, Kommerstate currently cooperates with such real estate professionals as Knight Frank, Jones Lang LaSalle, S.A. Ricci, Regus and others.
