Authorities in Kaluga region have submitted a request to the federal Support for Reforming Housing Utilities Fund for $3.84m financial aid, the Fund reports.

Under plans, the funds are to be spent on citizenry relocation from housing, deemed beyond repairs, into newly built low-rise housing.
