Deputy governor denies construction materials deficit

Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk region Vladimir Anisimov believes that “the region has enough local raw materials for the construction materials industry and this factor in no way hinders construction of residential housing”. But according to the just published edition of Marchmont’s Regional Investment Guide focusing on Novosibirsk and the region, there is a “serious deficit of cement and brick….which far outstrips the capacity of local manufacturers…”
