Rosneft considering $500m power station in the Krasnodar region

Rosneft is considering construction a power station with the capacity of 500 MW in the Krasnodar region. The projects amounts to about $500m.

The proposed station is supposed to use the associated gas extracted at Sladkovsky and Morozvsky deposits which belong to Rosneft.

The RF Government has demanded that all oil companies increase the utilization level of associated gases to 95% by 2011.
