Novosibirsk region development funding to reach $38m by 2025

Vasily Urchenko, Deputy Governor for the Novosibirsk Region said that under the regions socio-economic development strategy plan, investment in the region is to amount to $4m by 2015 and reach $38m by 2025. The share of innovations is planned to exceed 60% by 2025.

Under the socio-economic development strategy plan the share of the middle class share is expected to exceed 50% and the share of low-income earners is to go down from 23% to 6%.
