PNTZ invests over $40m in substation construction

Ural energy supplier OAO Magistralniye Electricheskiye Seti Urala started the construction of a 220kW substation to power OAO Pervouralsk Pipe Factory’s new production facility. The project’s estimated cost exceeds $40m, Interfax reports.
