Rosneft’s $14bn petrochemical complex posted

Primorsky Governor Darkin has announced a new $14bn petrochemical complex to be built in the region by oil company Rosneft.

According to the governor, the complex is expected to process 20 million tons of crude oil a year.

The first stage is to be commissioned in 2012, followed by a second one in 2017, Mr. Darkin said.
