3 Feb '09
Saratov Refinery has launched a $30m investment project aimed at reconstructing a railway overpass for black petroleum product loading, the firm reported today.

German engineering firm Marcon has been selected as the general contractor for the project.

The works are scheduled to be completed in 2010, the Saratov company said.

The refinery's railway overpass for oil loading was built in 1999.

Saratov Refinery is part of Russo-British oil giant TNK-BP.
