Vyksa-stroy-invest pay $80m for ceramics factory

10 Apr '08
Vyksa-stroy-invest Ltd is planning to put $80m into the construction of a ceramics factory alongside the town of Vila in the Vyksun district.

The new factory would have an output of 60m bricks per year whilst the construction would take around 21 months to complete over the 90,000 sq.m.

Besides the factory, the project also entails the construction of a closed storehouse, an electric station, emergency power supply and a gas-reduction station.

A third of the funds will be used to acquire equipment, whilst funds will also be spent on a clay mine to supply the factory with raw materials.
